Outfit of the month: December
“I feel like I have this newfound swagger”- Lina
It’s been a while, my friends! My college apps are officially submitted and are midterms in two days (whoop whoop?). The stress behind waiting for a decision from my dream school is definitely not a good time, but whichever school I end up at, I know I’ll love it. As for midterms, I hope I do well.
On a different note, Christmas time is approaching, the sun is shining, and no snow falling. I feel like it’s summer again… in December! Welcome to Florida, my friends. Since I came back to the middle of October, I had to put my coat-wearing-Doc Martens-rocking days over. But, you know what? It’s okay because I’ve gotten a chance to play around with summer outfits for the second time this year, which is always very exciting.
The outfit I bring to you today has been 100% inspired by Florida and the sunny weather. I’m wearing a basic crop polo shirt paired with Djerf Avenue’s breezy shorts and Air Force high tops. I must say that these high tops have been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Every time I take a step, I feel like I have this newfound swagger. They definitely evoke 100% confidence when I walk the halls of high school. I’m quite obviously holding a coffee, and may I say that holding something while posing for pictures makes the whole picture-taking experience much less awkward.
